Mackerel shabu-shabu, a dish you won't find anywhere else.Our restaurant uses fresh "Shimizu mackerel" shipped directly from Kochi Prefecture.Using mackerel bones in the soup stock adds even more flavor.Enjoy it as is with the flavor of the broth, or with our special sesame sauce.In summer it has a light taste, but in winter it's fatty and rich. It's great to be able to enjoy different flavors all year round!
